Solving a Challenging Layout

This kitchen renovation is in the rough-in and waterproofing stage, where the new layout is being completely re-built from the inside out. The crew has installed fresh drywall, applied waterproof membrane around all wet zones, and prepared the sub-surfaces for cabinetry, tile, and electrical upgrades. The new flooring is already in place, giving the space a clean foundation for the next phase.

One of the biggest challenges in this project was the tight, segmented layout. The existing kitchen had awkward transitions between the cooking area, window nook, and adjoining room. To solve this, the contractor re-framed sections of the wall, opened sightlines, and created a more functional flow from one end of the kitchen to the other. The updated structural lines now allow room for a larger counter run, better appliance placement, and improved natural light across the whole space.

Modern Faucet Feature & Design

This modern chrome faucet is a standout feature in the kitchen, designed for both practicality and visual appeal.
